A strong believer of functional training and Paleo Lifestyle, Alex tries to practice and incorporate as much different activities as possible into his life. The key to a strong body and mind is to keep it challenged constantly, so teach yourself how to remain calm under pressure by gradually getting into difficult situations and finding a way out, explore, get out to the unknown and have fun doing it, every fall has its lessons, and the most important lesson is “don’t make stupid mistakes”, slow is fast, being constant is better than going faster than you can handle.
